Eric is a total pro, and was incredibly responsive. I rented for my dad on his birthday. It has been a dream of my dad for some time and he had a great time.

Car was very clean and taken care of. 150 miles is low considering you have to pick up the vehicle in a remote location and then drop it off. There was no phone charger in the vehicle which is only 5 dollars. Found myself in the car with a dead phone. Lastly he wanted 93 octane but didn’t give a location that sells 93. Aside from those things great experience and wonderful car.

Matthew I’m really sorry you feel that way. The vehicle comes with a wireless charger built in. I asked if you guys wanted me to go over any features like I typically do and you said no Bec a friend of yours dad have one and you were familiar with the features. The 150 mile range it’s disclose on the add prior to renting and also the 93 Octane requirements. Not familiar with the gas stations by you because I don’t drive that way. Google would typically help sorry if I didn’t mention it.
