It was my second time renting, and unfortunately I was disappointed this time around. The car had a cracked windshield, driver tint was peeling off ( kinda tacky for a luxury car), and the car was dirty on the outside.
I was told just before my pick-up time about the crack. I had plans already and went ahead and kept my trip with it. However, I believe the decision should have been mine to cancel the trip due to these imperfections. So, the communication should have been at least the day before or whenever the crack happened.
As a returning customer, I expected the car in the same shape I rented it last year. I did communicate with the owner about all of this after my trip. I was assured that the car was getting fixed, so future renters - enjoy!

So happy I was able to get through this car through Turo. Ride was very smooth had an EZ pass, Bluetooth and chargeable phone holder. Mel responded quickly to all my questions. Checking in and out was made simple and easy. Would definitely rent again.
