Everything about this car was great. It was my first time driving an electric and Jeffrey did a great job walking me through it. Unfortunately while I was driving, I had a very minor fender bender when the car behind me tapped the rear bumper while I was making a turn and yielding to oncoming traffic. I contacted Jeffrey right away, he was very understanding, and now we're navigating the insurance claim process. Despite that, it really is a great car and Jeffrey is a great host. Drive safe out there and don't tailgate!
