Primary Renter/Driver (Guest) accepts full responsibility for all damages, losses (including keys) or thefts, themselves, other passengers and their behavior/choices, the use of any child restraints/seats and installation, accidents or towing and associated costs or allowing unregistered driver to drive the vehicle at any time. At no time are animals of any type permitted in this vehicle. This vehicle is not designed for more passengers then there are seatbelts (5). This vehicle is not to be used for any illegal activity, commercial purposes, food, drug, cannabis, animal or product delivery services. Renter is to ensure that there is nothing exchanged, altered, removed or added to the vehicle, no drug use, smoking (Tobacco/Weed) vaping, vomiting, defacing, urinating or defecating in this vehicle or destruction of this vehicle in whole or in part, or misrepresentation of Renter while contracted with this 2019 Ford Fiesta SE.   • Do I have to fill the gas tank before I return the 2019 Ford Fiesta?

  • Can I return the vehicle later than planned.

    You will need to go into the Turo app and request a return extension. Otherwise, if you bring the vehicle back late without making a request on the Turo App and receive a verifiable confirmation, it will be considered and reported as theft and the Host will seek prosecution and full restitution.   • Can I leave or return the vehicle anywhere other than the specified location?

    No. This occurrence will be reported as theft and the Host will seek prosecution and full restitution. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • Can I rent the vehicle for someone else to use?

    No. If you do or allow anyone except the primary renter to drive the vehicle, the primary renter will be responsible for all infractions, loss and damages. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • What do I do if the car is in an accident, breaks down or gets a flat tire or I lose the key?

    Call the host immediate at: (951) 599-8123. If the car is involved in an accident, get the other driver's personal information (driver's license, insurance, license plate and VIN number), and a detailed police report. The Host will arrange for a tow service if necessary. Notify the Host of the vehicle's exact location for retrieval. If you lose the key, you will be responsible for the full cost of the key replacement. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • Do I have to clean the vehicle before I return it?

    Yes. You should make sure to retrieve all personal items (USB cords, trash, etc.). You should return the vehicle to the designated location in the condition in which you received it from the Host/Host Location. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • Do I have to purchase the insurance?

    You should unless you know for sure that your personal auto insurance covers Turo usage, specifically. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • Can I smoke tobacco or weed or vape in the vehicle?

    No. There is a minimum $250 Fine if you do. There is a vehicle smoke detector installed to detect smoking. For urgent matters call the Host: (951) 599-8123

  • Are there any instructions for pick up and drop off?

    Before you get the key from the Host, take a picture of your face with your current driver's license next to it and load it on the Turo app. This will signal the Host that you are almost ready to begin your 5-star Turo experience. Once you receive the key from your Host and before you drive off, ensure you take a lot of pictures outside and inside of the vehicle and load them on the Turo app. Take a picture of the current mileage reading by starting the car and pushing in the "Trip" button located on the Turn Signal arm and upload it on the Turo app. The is a Quick Trip card located in the Glove Compartment to help you familiarize yourself with the 2019 Ford Fiesta. Be sure to adjust all mirrors and seats and familiarize yourself with all buttons and amenities BEFORE you drive off.   • Where can I pick up the White 2019 Ford Fiesta?

    When you use your GPS to pick up/drop off our 2019 Ford Fiesta 5-star Turo, the system will direct you to drive all the way to the bottom of the hill once you turn the corner off of Sycamore Canyon and onto Quail Run Road. DON'T! The White, 2019 Ford Fiesta will be at the top of the block on the right hand side. Please ensure you return it to that same location.

  • Do I have to return the key to the Host?

    Follow the instructions provided by the Host for key return (either in person or in a specified location). Failure to do so will result in a dealership fee that you will be responsible for to reproduce another key at a cost of approximately $300.
