Have the Turo app installed and make sure you're logged into it on your phone. All instructions and communications will be done through Messages in the app! Street parking only. Obey street cleaning signs on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

- Only the primary guest may pick-up or drop-off the vehicle. Additional drivers must be added to the trip reservation before trip start. - Absolutely no smoking in or around vehicle. Smoke of any kind will result in fees. Cleaning fees for smoking are $250 per Turo policy. - You agree to pay tolls matching the license plate and transponder 01513931240. - I-Pass is for your convenience but tolls are not included. Do not remove the I-Pass or replace it with your own. - Pets are not allowed in this vehicle. Cleaning fee may apply. - Return car as clean as you received it. Neglecting this policy could result in cleaning fees as high as $250 per Turo policy. Do NOT leave any trash or used masks in this vehicle. - Car has free car washes at Delta Sonic (5 minutes away) with the fast pass sticker. - Return the car with a full tank of gas. Anything less than full will result in a $10 inconvenience fee + cost of fuel. - All fees will be processed by Turo through the reimbursement process at the end of the trip. I do not accept cash or other forms of payment outside of the Turo platform.

• Can my friend or relative drive the car?

  A secondary guest can drive the car only after they have created their own Turo account, have been approved to drive, and have been added to the trip reservation as an additional driver. • Can someone else pick up the car for me?

  No. The primary guest who made the reservation is the only person who can pickup and drop off the car. A secondary guest can drive the car only after they have been added to the reservation. • Can I use my own I-Pass transponder?

  No, do not use your personal transponder. I-Pass reads both plates and transponder. It may charge the toll to both. Do not remove the transponder from this vehicle. By booking this vehicle you agree to pay tolls matching the license plate and transponder number (01513931240) as pictured in the trip photos at check-in.

• I arrived at your car early, can I start the trip before the reservation time?

  Please do not operate the vehicle before the start of your reservation. Insurance by Turo is not active until the start of your trip. If you think you will need the car sooner than anticipated please do a trip change to modify the start of your reservation. • The car turned on by itself! Are you controlling it? I can't turn it off!

  The car is equipped with Remote Start. If you press the lock button on the key fob three times it will turn on the engine remotely. To turn off the car after an accidental remote start you'll have to open the car door and press on the breaks. The car will automatically shut off after 15 minutes if you don't happen to notice the remote start. To avoid accidental remote starts, please avoid pressing the lock button on the key fob three times in a row.
