If anyone other than the registered driver drives there will be an additional fee charged. ⚠️ No reckless driving , hard acceleration or hard breaking. I can track acceleration, speed and vehicle charge at all times. Excessive speeding will rapidly decrease battery life. 🚯 Please no eating in the vehicle, bottled water is fine. ⚡️ Return the vehicle at the charge level you received the vehicle or you will be charged a $50 post trip EV charge fee. ✅ Please return the vehicle washed and vacuumed or you will be charged a $50 post trip cleaning fee. 🚨Please take note of the location of Tesla Houston Superchargers. If planning to go on a long distance trip please select the unlimited mileage extra and pre plan all charge destinations ahead of time. Average charge time from 0 miles to 170 miles is about 90 mins. Max charge is about 200 miles. If you run out of charge you will be responsible for the towing expense as well as the $300 fee for potential battery damage. Car must be put into Tow Mode and can only be towed by a flat bed truck.

• How do I charge the vehicle?

  Superchargers are located around the Houston area. Choose the lightning icon on the map and the main screen will list the nearest locations. Please pay close attention to drive-able miles and pulling over to the supercharger if the driveable charge is under 30 miles. Tesla does not allow supercharges to be used as a parking spot. They require Tesla owners/renters to stay with their Tesla and move their vehicles after charging. If the car is left in the charging area after 5min of completing the charging, Tesla reserves the right to charge per min. Any fees associate with recharigng or towing will be billed to the guest as a reimbursement.

• Oh No! There is a scratch or damage to the car. What happens now?

  The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. Tire and Rim damage is the most common type of damage that occurs on vehicles. We take clear photos of each tire and rim before and after each tip, and we highly suggest our guests do the same. There will be a $250.00 charge for any damage found on the rim per rim.

• Where can we drive?

  Renters can drive within United States. NO OUT OF COUNTRY TRAVEL / Border Crossing (Canada / Mexico) driving unless authorized in advance. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves geofence.

• Do you offer Delivery?

  Yes, for your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various Houston destinations.

• How do Tolls Work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

  Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. For ease and your convenience during your trip, the vehicle has a Toll tag and tolls will be monitored throughout your trip. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all of the toll charges accrued during the trip and request reimbursement to cover the charges. To avoid additional cost you have the option to avoid travelling on toll roads.

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?

  Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
