P.S : TESLA will charged for any idle time after the charge when connected to the super charger, They charge between $0.50-$1.00 per minute for idle time after the charge is over, so please set your alarm and disconnect as soon as the charging is complete. If the car runs out of battery you will be responsible for the Tow fee and an additional $200 dollar fee. Toll charges will also be invoiced to you after the trip. The Car is registered with EZ TAG via number plate so no need to stop at TOLL booths. 110/240 V Mobile Charger also provided for easy charging. You will be charged if returned damaged/broken.( The charger cost 285 on Tesla's app) *FREE Cleaning policy* Normal amounts of dirtiness are expected with normal use. There is no need to wash the car before returning. Though, if it is dirtier than the average person expects a car to be please throw out trash and clean as necessary. The car is washed before and after every rental. Please be respectful, and help the next guest enjoy. DONOT TAKE THE CAR TO AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH, HAND WASH ONLY *Charging* Supercharger – 15 minutes to charge up to 147 miles. - Tesla Supercharging stations are widely available. Just type it in and the nearest stations will pop up on the screen and direct you to it. Or look for on the screen and navigate to it. - Whenever you plan to Supercharge, it is always a good idea to route the Tesla to the Supercharger station using the G.P.S. in the center screen console as this will "pre-condition" the battery so that you charge 25% faster. Message us anytime for assistance with charging. Also make sure to plan your trip accordingly and know where you'll need to charge. - The Tesla charging stations are pay per use. So please be aware I will bill you any charging costs from your trip after you return the vehicle. - The fees for supercharging vary and are indicated in the center console G.P.S. when you are routing to a Tesla Supercharger station. As you charge, the Tesla will indicate the cost on the center display. Please do not disable the mobile access on the car. This helps in recovering the vehicle in case the vehicle is stolen. If done it will be reported to police as stolen immediately. ***A $500.00 fee will be applied if the vehicle runs out of battery. It is highly recommended that you recharge the vehicle at or before the 50 mile range.*** DAMAGE: The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee billed to you. TIRE/RIM: Tire and Rim damage is the most common type of damage that occurs on vehicles. Clear photos of each tire and rim will be taken as per TURO policy before and after each trip, and it is highly recommend that guests do the same. There will be a $500.00 per rim charge for any damage found on the rim.

• How does the charging costs work?

  If you use the Tesla Supercharging stations, at the end of the trip we will total all the fee's as they are charged to our account and we will send 1 invoice at the end for all the charges.

• How to charge the car open and close charge port/door

  You can open the charge door by pressing charge door open on screen “inside the car” Once the charge completes, just gently unplug the cord and charge door will automatically close “please don’t push the door manually” it closes automatically within few seconds or once you press on the brakes 👍
