Car quality was good, pickup location was as specified, host seem to be a company, not individual. Anyhow only negative was I didn't realize that renting a exotic car that I would be driving around with a big rental sticker on the vehicle.

Renting this vehicle from POPS was such an excellent experience, vehicle was a joy to drive and the process was very smooth! Excellent customer service and would definitely rent from them again!

Car was great.

Unfortunately, I paid for delivery and that experience was not ideal.

Pickup went smoothly, but they were 10 minutes late. Drop-off was worse since in addition to being over 20 minutes late, they didn’t communicate when they’ll arrive, were not responsive over text and did not pick up the phone when I called around my car drop-off time. I had to call Turo support to help get a hold of them.

Overall, if they improved their communication and stopped being late, I would be excited to keep renting cars from them.
