If the gas level is lower, you will be charged for the cost of gas plus a $10 service fee, billed via Turo. 🧾 Leave a copy of all gas receipts in the central armrest, or take photos and upload them to the trip photos if you need receipts for business expenses. **NO SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES** This is a non-smoking vehicle. If any smoke or vaping odor, ash, or smoking paraphernalia is found in the car, a cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply. **CLEANING 💦** We always provide a clean car, both inside and out. Please return it in the same condition. Basic cleaning is included, but if you need to wash the exterior or vacuum, take the car to any MOO MOO CAR WASH location for a free wash, as the car has a paid membership hangtag on the windshield. **Please do not wipe dirt off the car**, as this may scratch the paint. Any exterior damage or interior damage (including spills, stains, mud, dust, sand, or odors) may result in a cleaning fee of up to $150, or up to $250 for a full detailing. **NO PETS** Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. If the car is returned with pet hair, stains, mud, or dirt, a cleaning fee of up to $150 will apply, or up to $250 for a detailed cleaning. **TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS & FEES 🚨 🚦 🚔** All fines, traffic violations, airport parking garage fees and tolls are the responsibility of the renter during the rental period. Tolls and fees incurred will be billed through Turo after the vehicle is returned, and we will provide the toll/violation statement to support the charges. **KEYS** One key fob will be provided for your trip.
