• What if I get a parking ticket or tolls?

  Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo. We will bill you for unpaid tolls through Turo app once we receive them.

• Does vehicle have tracking device?

  Yes! All our vehicles carry GPS tracking devices and monitor speed, excessive acceleration and breaking.

• Do I need to return car clean?

  Yes, If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as: animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee. We do offer the option to purchase a post trip LIGHT cleaning for $20 to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. This post trip cleaning does not cover excessive cleaning only light cleaning such as light dirt on the outside and dust and crumbs on the inside.

• Can I smoke in the car?

  No Smoking allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee.

• How do I purchase a Protection Plan?

  Once you book your trip you can add Turo's different protection coverages via the extras at check out or you can purchase coverage through our third party service once you confirm your reservation

• Is there GPS built in?

  There is no GPS built in. The vehicle does have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. We recommend using Waze or Google maps on your phone

• What do I do about driving through tolls?

  Most places in New England, if you are not able to pay a person, have cameras that take pictures of the plate as you drive through the toll. We will invoice you as those tolls come in from your trip through Turo App.
