🚗 Driving the Vehicle * Only the primary driver listed on the Turo booking is allowed to drive the vehicle. * Drive responsibly. No aggressive driving, racing, or high-speed acceleration. * Please adhere to all local traffic laws and speed limits. ⚡ Charging the Tesla * You’ll receive the car with at least 80% charge (or full, depending on trip length). * You are responsible for recharging the battery before returning. Please return with at least 20% charge unless otherwise agreed. * You may use Tesla Superchargers—fees will be billed to you after the trip via Turo. 🧼 Cleanliness & Care * The car is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every trip. * Please return the vehicle in clean condition, free of excessive dirt, food, spills, or trash. * Absolutely no smoking or vaping – a $250 fee applies for violations. * No pets allowed. 🅿️ Tolls, Tickets & Tracking * Any tolls, tickets, or violations during your trip are your responsibility and will be added to your Turo account. * For security and safety, Tesla tracking and battery monitoring are enabled (per Turo policy). 🔐 Pick-up & Drop-off * Be on time. Please notify me if you’ll be late for pick-up or return. * Take photos of the car at the start and end of your trip for your protection. * Any damage must be reported immediately through the Turo app. 🛑 Prohibited Uses The following will void Turo insurance and protections: * Racing, burnouts, off-roading * Commercial driving or ride-sharing * Driving under the influence of any substances * Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle ✅ Returning the Vehicle * Ensure the car is in good condition and charged to at least 20% * Return all included accessories (charging cable, key card/fob) * Report any incidents or damage promptly
