At the beginning of your trip, you will be given access to the app. The Tesla app allows you to: - Control climate - Locate car - Schedule charging - Easily contact Roadside Assistance - Access Vehicle Support and Owners Manual & Much more! Please be mindful that Tesla will be set at 80-90% charge at the start of your rental(may drop few %), for the overall health of the battery. Please let me know if you need it at 100% during the start of the trip. *if Tesla is returned below 10%, you will receive a $75 Charging Incidental Invoice, post-trip* 🆓 Tesla will come with a complimentary travel charger in the Frunk, that can be plugged to a regular 15A 110V outlet. The travel charger offers 5miles/hour charging speed. Please keep in mind that there is a $250 fee for replacing lost or damaged charging equipment. You can find a charger adapter inside the console, the adapter can be used to charge the car in non tesla charging station. If you need to charge the car in Tesla super charger, simple find a charging station and charge. My Credit Card is linked to the car and I will send you the receipt at the end of the trip as incidental. To avoid additional rental incidentals, please remember: -No smoking: You will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the vehicle -Recharge before returning, unless you agreed to Prepaid Recharge. I would really appreciate if you can please return the car with 20% battery even if you prepaid. If the Prepaid EV Recharge is NOT selected and the vehicle is returned lower than 80% (or your initial battery level), there is a recharge fee Eligible low battery reimbursements 0%–10% charge = $75 10%–20% charge = $50 21%–50% charge = $20 51%–80% charge = $10 81%–100% charge = Not eligible for reimbursement - Please, return the car in the state that you received it - Do not scratch the rims; there is a $100 incidental charge for scratching the rims -Add the Unlimited Mileage Extra if you plan on extended driving that will exceed the trip mileage that is set for the vehicle.
