Is Smoking allowed in the car?
Per Turo’s market policy, guests and passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle rented thought Turo. The policy prohibits the use of any tobacco or non- tobacco products such as e-cigarettes and/or vaporizers in the car. Violations carry a fine of up to $250.
Should I replace the gas when the car is returned?
You are responsible for replacing the gas or battery level used during the rental period. Please provide receipts to show use of proper fuel type - regular, premium
Do you deliver at all times of the day?
Please note that I have a regular job, and unable to deliver during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Please call me ahead of booking the car to find alternative options
What happens if I return the car earlier? Do you provide refunds?
