Car was mechanically fine. Host never responded to any messages I sent after trip started. Car has more than a dozen dents or marked damage both on the interior and exterior. Tears in interior, right mirror hanging on, large dents in rear, crack in front end, etc. No mention of damage in the detailed listing of the car or in photos. Operationally the car was sound but this amount of damage should be disclosed. Customer service lacked and car mirrors and windows were extremely dirty, like they had been cleaned poorly, not just from rain or dust in the lot. Would not rent again and did not feel price of the rental reflected the condition of the vehicle. And since the host accused past renters of asking for a refund or discount with a complaint, I did not ever ask for either.
