The lateness on the first day is why it is one star less. However, they provided a solution and was very flexible.

Philip was a great communicator and was proactive with us in coordinating an easy alternative drop off and pick up location due to a family emergency. Car was in great condition and had everything we needed (phone and car chargers included!)
