It takes to long to charge
The best way to keep moving is to "Charger Hop" Electric Vehicles charge the best (and fastest) from about 10%-70%. There are thousands of Superchargers along your destination. Keep Hopping and you'll make it to your destination quicker. The "Top Charge" is from 80-100%. THIS takes the longest in any EV because the battery has to carefully lower the charge speed, and this can be painfully slow.
The % and/or Mileage is dropping faster than I thought it would.
The best way to arrive at your destination is to go the speed limit. Excess speed is the #1 killer for range in an EV and a gas car. Uphill, Cold Weather, Wind, and Speed affect all the cars the same. The speed limit is set at 80 MPH to help you arrive with some buffer.

The host was kind, gracious, went the extra mile to help when the card broke, and was available for help and guidance at key points, and for that, i’m very thankful. He did refund some of the charges for the battery because I had to charge multiple
times each way in order to reach my 180-mille away destination. It’s clear weather affects the battery power, and it was rainy and windy, but I still felt like I had to stop too many times even accounting for the weather. It really hindered the goals
of my trip and also ended up causing me to be late for an important work appointment, so I was disappointed and in the end, would have loved if the trip was smoother.

This individual did almost 0 research into electric vehicles prior to renting this. I ate an additional 125 miles that he put on the vehicle, he was late by over two hours, and broke a $20 card to operate the vehicle. I ate more than $50 to make his experience a little bit better. Under no circumstances will I rent to this guy again. The Tesla operated exactly as it should, but because my guest did not feel that it was up to his satisfaction that he needed me to pay him somehow.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience renting from Tim on Turo. The car was in great shape and perfect for my needs. Tim was incredibly accommodating, even during some very challenging moments. I got snowed in for four or five days, and later, my dog ate the car key (yes, really!). Despite these setbacks, Tim remained patient, understanding, and supportive throughout. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to help me navigate these unexpected situations. I highly recommend Tim as a host and look forward to renting from him again in the future!
