• Are You Flexible with the Vehicle Pick-Up or Drop-Off Location? DoYou Offer Delivery?

  Unfortunately, the pick-up location is not flexible, cannot be modified,and we do not offer delivery.

• Where is The Pick-Up Location?

  The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page withyour reservation details

• How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

  Yes, as a renter, you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end ofeach trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and requestreimbursement at the end of the trip.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning?

  We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked itup in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, butwe do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.

• How Does Communication Work?

  Turo requires all communication to be held in the Turo app, and weask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly24/7 per day by myself or my partner, while my personal cell phone is not- by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It isIMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on,otherwise, you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pickup

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjustingpick-up/return time?

  Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time, but it isperfectly fine if you need to pick it up after that. We do ask that anysignificant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details”section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car morethan 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip, that isalso flexible, pending the vehicle's availability.

• What if I Need Extra Mileage?

  We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage; if youare going to go over mileage by a significant amount, we do encourageyou to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we charge per mile over theallotted mileage, which varies depending on the car, but you can find thedetails on the trip details page of the app.

• What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the GasTank Before Returning?

  Regular unleaded; we do ask that you fill the tank to the same levelyou received it at before return.

• How Do I Add an Additional Driver?
