Thank you for choosing to rent the 2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus from Doc's Luxury! We are excited to provide you with a luxury driving experience and want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable rental period. In order to ensure that your rental goes smoothly, we have a few guidelines that we ask you to follow: Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the car. This is a strict policy, and if we find signs of smoking in the car, a fee will be charged. No pets are allowed in the car. This is for the comfort and safety of all of our customers. The car must be returned with the same level of charge it had when it was rented, unless you have added Prepaid EV charging. Please do not take the car through an automatic car wash. These machines can damage the car's paint, and you will be responsible for any such damage. If the car needs to be washed, please use a touchless wash or hand wash only. After the car is fully charged at a Tesla Supercharger, please do not leave the car plugged in at the charging station. There will be a charge from Tesla for this, and the cost will be passed on to you. Have fun! We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. • How long will the battery last?

  The battery has a factory range of 210 mi, however the usable milage will likely be less because it is not recommended to fully charge and/or fully drain the Tesla battery as it may cause problems. The default charge limit is 80% so roughly 170 miles. The range is dependent upon driving style, weather, road conditions, hills, traffic, and more. With the capability of supercharging and the wide availability of stations this range isn't much of a limitation.

• How do I charge the Model 3?

  The 2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus is a fully electric vehicle, so it requires a charging source in order to operate. There are several options for charging the car, including using a Tesla Supercharger, charging at home, and charging at a hotel or other destination. Tesla Superchargers are the fastest way to recharge your car's battery. With over 1,400 Supercharging stations located across North America, you'll never have to worry about finding a place to recharge your Tesla. To use a Supercharger, simply pull up to a charging station and plug in your car using the charging cable provided. In as little as 45 minutes, you can recharge your battery to 80% capacity, allowing you to continue your journey with ease. If you prefer to charge at home or at your destination, you can use a standard wall outlet or a dedicated home charging station. To charge using a standard wall outlet, you will need to use the included adapter to connect the charging cable to the outlet. This type of charging is slower than using a Supercharger, and it will typically take about 10-13 hours to provide a full charge. If you have a dedicated home charging station, you can use the included charging cable to connect the car directly to the station. This will provide faster charging than a standard wall outlet, but it will still be slower than using a Supercharger. Charging at a hotel or other destination works similarly to charging at home. You will need to find a convenient location to park the car, and then use the included charging cable and adapter to connect the car to a standard wall outlet. Some hotels and destinations may have dedicated charging stations with higher voltage outlets, which can provide faster charging than a standard wall outlet. In these cases, it may take about 7 hours to provide a full charge

• Does this Model 3 have autopilot?

  Yes it does have autopilot, which keeps the car centered in its lane and at a set distance from the other vehicles. This is a really enjoyable feature. However, this is not a substitute for being ready to take action with the vehicle in the event you need to. Ask me about more and I will explain the features.
