Why does it show 'free delivery' but I still have to pay for airport parking?
Firstly, these are two separate issues. 'Free delivery' means that you do not pay a fee for the delivery of the car, which is only free for the delivery part itself. The parking fee is incurred after the car has been delivered, and since the car is delivered to the location you requested, it is reasonable for you to be responsible for any costs incurred after parking. Secondly, we offer more than one option for free car delivery, and these options are clearly marked as free or not. When you choose a paid option, you are responsible for the costs associated with that choice. Finally, the first sentence in the description of all our cars has already clarified that we do not cover airport parking fees. If you have a dispute because you did not read the description, then the responsibility does not lie with us.
