Guidelines Rental Guidelines for Subarashii Transports: 1. No Smoking 🚭: Smoking of any kind in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected. 2. Pet Policy 🐾: Pets are welcome with prior notice and a one-time pet fee. Unauthorized pet messes will result in a $300 cleaning fee. 3. Fuel Requirements ⛽: Return the car with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling charges will apply if the car is returned below this level. 4. Cleanliness 🧽: Please return the car in clean condition. Excessive messes (spills, stains, etc.) will incur additional cleaning fees. 5. Tolls and Parking 🚦: Guests are responsible for tolls and parking violations incurred during the rental. For airport rentals, parking is pre-paid, and details will be provided. 6. Damage or Incidents 🚨: Any damages or incidents must be reported immediately and will be processed through Turo. 7. Key Fob and Accessories 🔑: The key fob and accessories (like the AirTag) must remain in the vehicle. Loss of the key fob incurs a $350 replacement fee.

• For airport rentals, do I have to pay for parking?

  No, we handle all parking fees for airport rentals. You’ll find the parking ticket and a card for payment inside the armrest. Simply use these when exiting the parking lot and keep the receipt for our records. When returning the vehicle, please place the new parking ticket and the card back in the armrest. If the card is lost or stolen, a $25 fee will be invoiced to your trip.

• Do I pay for tolls?

  All guests will be responsible for covering toll charges incurred during their rental. Our Camry is equipped with an NC E-ZPass transponder, which provides seamless toll payments at discounted rates in the states listed below. At the end of your trip, any tolls incurred will be calculated and invoiced to you. Please note that the transponder must remain in the vehicle at all times and should not be removed.
