This is my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE. This car is perfect for anybody that’s looking for a cheap daily commuter. This vehicle interior is kept in great condition and does carry leather seats. The vehicle is very reliable and maintenance is kept up to date. This car gets really good gas mileage and you will enjoy the experience

Jovin was reliable and prompt. Pickup and drop off went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend!

The car I rented with Jovin had a serious safety issue (windshield wiper fluid pump did not work) and I was in a dangerous situation on the road when it was snowing / road was salted. I notified him of the situation right away and he changed out the car for me the next day with a nicer car. He also provided a partial refund for my experience. I was satisfied with the way he responded; he said he takes this type of issue very seriously. I did have to follow up a few times in our communications, but he ultimately came through with what he said he would do. I give it three stars because of the initial issue and having to follow up in communication so many times, but I am glad Jovin responded in an ethical manner.

I’m so sorry fog some of the late responses my job was very stressful at the time and would not give me the ability to respond in a timely manner since then I have switch careers so we should have a smoother experience from now on
