My experience with this car was a disastrous we were stranded at the Boston airport because the keys were locked in the car from the previous driver.

Michael was easy to communicate with and flexible with my pickup and drop off times! The car was sturdy and confident in the snow.

Renting with Michael was hands-down the BEST experience I've had so far using Turo. I was in town for a conference and wanted to take a day trip to Salem. I had rented from a different individual who ended up canceling a day and a half before. I found Michael and the rest was easy! He drove the car to my hotel and was even there a little earlier than expected. The car drove great and made it easy to get around to all of the things we wanted to see in Salem. When we were done significantly earlier than we planned, we just texted him before we left. We drove by his office and he then took us back to our hotel. No hassle whatsoever! Again, hands-down the easiest trip I've ever had using Turo. Definitely rent from Michael if you're in the area - I know I will be when I'm back in town.
