Other cars listed: 2016 Lexus ES350 2016 Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 This gorgeous two door coupe offers a luxury and/or sport drive. The features are based off of the modern E-Class and in addition, it offers an amazing sound of the AMG trim level powertrain when put into sport mode. The exterior is Jet Black and the interior is Tan w/brown wood. As we spoke, the car heater is not broken. It works perfectly fine as I am driving the car right now with the heater on and all fluids were topped off for your trip. Thank you again 👍🏽

The car pick-up location was conveniently easy to find, ensuring a smooth start to my rental experience. However, the vehicle itself fell short in several areas. The car's low clearance made every speed bump an uncomfortable ordeal, significantly affecting the ride quality. Additionally, the sunroof button was broken, rendering the sunroof unusable, which was a notable disappointment.
Furthermore, the charging port was non-functional, forcing me to rely on my portable charger throughout the rental period. Upon returning the vehicle with what I believed was a half tank of fuel, I was charged an extra $6, indicating it was slightly below the half-tank mark. From my perspective, the fuel gauge was at the line. Additionally, an unexpected $10 convenience fee was added, which seemed excessive and petty for a discrepancy over $6 worth of fuel.
Overall, these issues, coupled with the additional charges, left a negative impression on what could have been a straightforward rental experience.

Everything you are pointing out negative I mentioned to you before I handed you the keys and told you the reason why the car was like that due to some previous clients and you seemed fine with that. Regarding low clearance, you rented out a sports car which directly correlates to it being low and/or little rough on some pavements. Switching over to the additional charges, I provided photos of how much gas I gave you before the trip… The convenience fee is automatic through Turo. Ty anyway!
