Toll charge will be billed to you AFTER the trip Please pay in a timely manner otherwise Turo will jump in and charge extra All of your toll charge will come directly from the NTTA data
What if the car has a mechanical issue during the trip?
That is unlikely, unless you booked a longer trip If that happened, simply contact me for solutions
What to do when I find myself in an car accident?
First, no panic. Check and see if you got injured and call 911 immediately if you are not feeling well. If you are not injured in the accident, thank god! Try to go to a safe place and sometimes that means remain in the car, use your own judgement, the most important thing is make sure you are safe. Get the other drivers license if other vehicle(s) are involved. Text me in Turo message or call me, we will handle this together and find a way to settle in a financially friendly and hassle-free way.
How do contactless check in and check out work?
Followed the check in prompt 24 hrs before your trip start, you will upload your driver's license Once your driver's license approved by Turo, You will receive a code before your trip start, keep an eye on the Turo message! Go to the pick up location and you will find the lockbox on the car window Pop the lockbox open and put in the code, then turn that nob on the top and pull Boom! there is your key! What if the code doesn't work? Try to press the Red C button first and then try again, if that still don't work, text in Turo message or call me When checking out, simply place the key in the lockbox, put lockbox on the window and then lock everything, DONE!
