The car was great. Ohare is huge and not easy to navigate. The directions to find the car were very clear and helpful.

Eric is an A+ host!! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Great communicator! He checked in with me the night before with all pick up info, car location, step by step directions from the terminal and pictures of every sign to follow. Will definitely look to rent from him again!
