I understand things happen, if you are running late on the return please request to modify the trip before your trip ends to avoid additional fees.

How long does it take to charge.
Varies on amount of battery remaining, maximum of one hour.
Will the at home charging cable be provided?
Unless you have a 14-50 outlet it is more practical you utilize the supercharging network by Tesla.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed. Save the $150 cleaning fee by following this rule.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking of any kind. Save the $150 smoke removal fee by not smoking in it. If it smells like smoke after your trip you will be charged.
