I have a lockbox at home where I leave the key and you can check in yourself. I'll leave the car parked on the street in front of my house. If you need to leave your car parked during your trip, you can leave it on my street, as parking is allowed. When you arrive I just need you to add a front and back photo of your driver's license in the Turo app at trip photos. As soon as you add the photos send me a msg and I'll give you the lockbox password so you can get the car. For the car return, could you please put the key back in the lockbox and park the car in a spot on the street in front of my house. Please don't park on my house driveway (i have neighbors). The car will be parked on the street in front of the house or in the driveway. When returning the vehicle, it must be parked on the street in front of the house! The vehicle must never be parked in front of the house's driveway or even in the house's own driveway. As it's a townhouse and we have other residents who need access to their cars so don't stop on the driveway. After parking the vehicle safely on the street, you must go back to the lockbox and deposit the keys inside it using the same password as the start of the trip. Once you've saved the keys, be sure to close the lockbox. Don't forget to end your trip in the TURO app.
