Faqs

  • 1. Charging past 90%

Charging past 90% accelerates the degradation of the battery - When you receive the car it will be set to stop at a 90% charge. If you go into the settings and adjust it then charge past 90% while you have the car a $25 fee will apply per instance - actual mileage can vary dramatically based on average speed, terrain etc. (tracked by Tesla App)

  • 2. Are there any fees for supercharging or other types of charge?

There are idle fee so please move the car when it is finished charging. The idle fee is the time the car remains parked in a charging stall after it is finished charging. All vehicles are subject to idle fees, regardless of when your vehicle was purchased. To avoid idle fees, I recommend you to monitor the vehicle while using a Supercharger. Idle fees are incurred on a per minute basis. The idle fee rate for each location may change from time to time, and the latest information is provided in the map pin pop-up (accessible through the navigation application on your vehicle touchscreen) or on a sign at the Supercharger location, and on the Tesla webpage.

Rented the car for a week and took a road trip to San Francisco and the Redwoods. It was dope AF. The car was perfect for it. Travis was amazing, super accommodating and nice about everything. I highly recommend!

Tran was very helpful and really easy to work with. We rented the vehicle for a weekend trip to Seattle as we anticipate buying one later this year and wanted to get a feel for what it’s like to road trip and use the Super Chargers along the way. He answered all 10 million of my questions. We ended up returning the vehicle late and I felt awful because he had to stay up to wait for us. Chalk it up to poor time management and a bit of a Tesla learning curve. Unbeknownst to us the navigation system will alter your trip and take you to charging stations to charge up. We looked at our arrival time and budgeted accordingly however we failed to realize the calculated arrival time was to the charging station a couple hours before our actual target destination so we were really late returning it. I offered to pay him a pain in the ass fee which I totally earned. The car was clean and enjoyable to drive. We were able to drive it on highways, in the city, on a long gravel road, and do all the things we hoped to do to get the experience. The 12 year old pretty much died and went to heaven when he realized there were games he could play while we waited at the charging stations. Lol! I would totally recommend this vehicle and working with Tran. Serai

Travis’s car was super clean and he was very responsive to any questions I had. During this pandemic, he even included a bottle of hand sanitizer and a boxer of tissues. Which came in super handy! Out of all the listing he had the best mileage, I’d highly recommend this car for trips.
