Leafy Beachy is a great way to take an electric vehicle for your errands or road trip. Enjoy the quiet, low impact ride and great sound system. Roomy enough for toys and gear, car seats, etc.
Automatic transmission
AUX input
GPS
Heated seats
Heated front seats.
The car will be in the apartment building parking lot.
We have a blanket in back if you need to load something that might dirty the interior; please use it. Dogs ok, but please use put the blanket over the seats before putting the dog in the car. No smoking. Keep an eye on your range and feel free to contact owner if you have questions re trip plan,
Do I have to return the car "full" or charged to the same level I took it?
No, that could take a while. Just return the car safe and sound. and we'll get it plugged in again.
How do I charge your electric car?
Follow instructions at the charging stations and also in the car manual. The Leaf has two options for charging in the front of the car. Use Level 2, the smaller one, for best results--park at your destination within a range of about 100 miles of Portland, find a Level 2 charger, and follow instructions on the charger and in the car's manual. For Level 2 plan to leave the car for 2-3.5 hrs, depending on how many miles range you have remaining, to refill with enough to get back to your starting point.
Where do I charge your electric car?
There are several places to charge in Portland and also along the West Coast Electric Highway including I-5 Vancouver BC - California. Oregon has EV charging spurs out to the coast along highways 18, 20. Check this website out for more information https://www.plugshare.com and also try the Plugshare app. Charging is inexpensive, less than 10$,

I definitely plan on booking this car again. The only thing is the reader that shows how many miles until you need to charge drops pretty quickly. So making sure you have charging stations planned is a MUST. other than that it was easy to use and would charge pretty quickly. And it is nice driving electric because there’s less of a footprint. Diane is very nice and helpful.
