Araceli was so helpful as this was my first time using Turo! He adjusted my times when my flight arrived early so I was able to have the car immediately. Highly recommend!

Araceli was great to work with and the car was immaculate. My ONLY problem was with customer service of TURO when they charged me double the price. It took TWO HOURS with someone in Iran in order to finally get someone who could correct the error. TURO, like most businesses it seems like these days, tends to outsource their customer service to non-English speaking countries. Very hard to understand and they really don't know what they're doing. I hope TURO will change and keep things here in the U.S.!!
