The Passat rented from Haiz LLC died on us and the response from the owner was basically disinterest. They would not return my phone calls and barely responded to my text messages. After barely managing to get the car back to their lot, I was thanked with a gas bill. Customer service is easy when things go right, but the true measure of a company is how they handle issues when things go wrong.
