Very nice car , had a smell of cigs but it wasn’t bad, used it to go to LA one day and the second day to be local in Ontario, I filled it back up with $20 for gas . No complaints.

When I got to the address to pick up the vehicle I walked in and was not greeted nor acknowledged at all. I'm assuming the guy is the owner and he was on a personal phone call laughing and joking for about 5 minutes before I interrupted and said I was there for the Turo rental. He said okay and then got off the phone about 1 minute later. He asked which car and I told him the Chevrolet Spark and he went into a file cabinet full of keys, handed me the key and instructed his friend to move his car from behind the rental so I could get out the parking lot. He never checked my drivers license or inspected the vehicle with me. I did a walk through of the vehicle myself and took video. The passenger front and back tire looked extremely low and when I got into the car it reeked of stale cigarettes. It also said the carneeded an oil change. So I went back into the office and advised him that the car smelled like cigarettes and the tires were low and the oil change light was on. He walked outside and said the tires were fine and he just changed the oil but needed to reset it on the display. When I got into the car to drive it off and made itto the freeway the PSI indicator came on for both passenger tires. The smell of the car gave me the worst migraine headache I've had in years but I needed to go to Vegas for my step daughters funeral so I had to deal with it. Upon returning the vehicle no one was in the office and I had to message the owner he messaged back to leave the keys in the car and manually lock it. Customer service was horrible. Car condition was terrible and unsafe. I won't rent from this place again and would suggest Turo make sure the owners are doing their part and checking the vehicle with the renter and checking licenses as well. He never even asked my name or looked at my ID.
