Do I have to refill the gas before returning the it?
The car needs to be filled to the same amount you received it at.
Can I pick up/drop off the car earlier/later?
Bookings must be picked up and returned on time. Late pick ups may result in a cancellation or late fee and late returns will be charged at $50 per hour.
Can I bring my pet and/or smoke in the vehicle?
Sorry, no pets or smoking is permitted in the vehicle. Turo charges a smoking fee of up to $250.
Do I have to return the car clean?
Yes, please. If it comes back dirty, you'll be charged at least $55. If you'd like to avoid cleaning it yourself, you can pre-pay a cleaning fee and return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip for only $40 per trip. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal.
Will my luggage fit?
It depends, but generally speaking, yes! The trunk is surprisingly big! It can fit one large check-in bag and a few pieces of carry on bags.
What do I do about bridge tolls?
The Mustang will have a Fastrak pass which allows you to drive right through the toll without having to pay cash. Tolls will be billed to your account after.

Hiring this Mustang from David was probably the best decision we made for our holiday. It is the perfect car for driving round California. It made the holiday. David was also great and very flexible. He was fine with me extend the rental as well as changing the drop off location. All round 5 stars!
