Everything went well as far as pick up, communication, and convenience. The condition of the car was the only category i’d give less than a perfect score. While it still functioned great, it was in need of some basic maintainence (ie. the ball joints and steering components were very squeaky and in need of attention). Other than that, i’d highly recommend this car and this owner, he was quick to respond when i addressed any issues or questions and assured he would be taking the car into the mechanics shortly following my trip.

The car was pretty beat up with damage all over the exterior. There is an obnoxiously loud banging and squeaking sound coming from the front when steering at slower speeds. After reading other reviews it appears that this is bothering other people. Tried calling the host but they wouldn’t pick up. My first time driving a Tesla and I had questions that they didn’t answer since I couldn’t get a hold of them. First time with Turo as well. Not impressed with anything from this experience.. The car was fun to drive though (at higher speeds)

Kevin is great and very accommodating with our needs for dropping off the car. He also reimbursed the Supercharger fee, which I really appreciate.
The car is in good condition overall if you’re not too picky. However, the steering wheel makes a noise when you turn it, and the charging port cover is broken, so you need to open it manually. The fan also has a slight odor when it first starts running. Other than that, driving it isn’t an issue. We’ll probably end up booking with Kevin again when visiting the area because of how convenient the pickup and drop-off process is.
