Parking details
This vehicle is kept in a covered parking garage at all times when not rented. The car is to be returned clean and charged to the level at pickup, unless prepaid charging/cleaning is purchased. The exchange will be made at a Tesla supercharger. Do not plug-in if the car is already charged and do not park at a charger unless charging, any open spot will do, just message me the location in the Turo app. There will be a key fob pouch to block the signals, access well be given remotely, but not until proof of identity is provided via text. Please take plenty of photos and upload them to the Turo app to document the condition of the car. When returning the car, just place the key back in the pouch and place it under the Large screen in the cubby.
Guidelines
Please return the car clean. No smoking. No Pets and no food or drink besides water. A cleaning fee will be assessed if the car is returned with any smoke smell or food/drink stains or pet hairs. Tolls are not included, Turo will bill you for enabled tolls incurred after the trip is complete. Please stop and pay all other tolls. Please return the car with same charge level as you received it, Superchargers are free, but idle fees will be assessed if you leave the vehicle parked after the charging is completed. These fees can be very high if the car is left more then a few minutes. Please be aware of the time estimates and move the car before its completely charged.

Chad was helpful as we navigated using an electric car as complete amateurs. Quite the learning curve! The car was impeccable and well maintained. It does not, however, have an adapter for other charging stations, so be careful to route only where Tesla brand (preferably Tesla Superchargers) are available. Super fun ride!
