This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had on Turo. The car’s battery died and left me stranded for over two hours — AAA had to come jump it and informed me the battery in the car wasn’t even the correct one for the vehicle. On top of that, I later discovered the horn doesn’t work, which is a major safety concern.
I reached out to the host twice to inform him of these serious issues and received no response at all. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, I highly recommend renting from someone else.
