Due to the number of vehicles I manage, the primary delivery option used at the airport is typically delivery to the Guest’s arriving terminal’s short-term parking garage. Very easy and convenient; and Guest are normally at the vehicle within 2 minutes of leaving the baggage claim area. The parking fee to exit the short term parking garage is the responsibility of the Turo Guest. Parking garage fee typically cost between $4 - $15, dependent on the time of arrival.

Vehicle will be parked at the PreFlight parking garage, located approximately 1 mile from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, one block North of 44th Street and Washington Street; a one minute walk from the 44th Street Light Rail Station. The Turo Guest will pay up to $14 fee to depart the Preflight parking garage to begin the reservation. The vehicle will be parked on the 2nd level of the parking garage, just outside of the 2nd level 2 East elevator lobby. The Turo Guest will take the 1 East elevator located just inside the parking garage up to 2 East. The Turo Host will pay the parking garage fee associated with the return of the vehicle at the conclusion of the reservation, The Turo Guest needs to return the vehicle back to the 2nd level to minimize the parking garage cost, as the parking stub gets scanned prior to entering the 2nd level so that the garage knows to charge the lesser fee. A remote vehicle delivery and return process will be utilized, which means that the Turo Host and Turo Guest generally do not meet during the pick up or return process. Turo remote delivery procedures requires that the Turo Guest provide a selfie while holding a valid driver’s license next to their face within 24 hours of the reservation start time. You may upload the selfie to your Turo reservation trip photos directly, or text the selfie to me at (209) 617-5489.
When booking you are acknowledging that you fully accept and completely understand the terms and conditions below. 1. There will be a fee accessed for mileage overages. Refer to the trip reservation and take special notice to your trips stated limits. 2. You will obey the traffic laws at all times. 3. This car is lower than normal so be very careful going in and out of the driveways you are responsible for any damages. 4. No speeding, no burnouts, no donuts and no launching allowed. 5. You are responsible on any damage you cause regardless how small or big it is. 6. You cannot take this to the race track. 7. No street racing or any other illegal activities in the street. 8. Please do not underestimate the power of this car. 9. Respect the car at all times. 10. You are responsible for any traffic or parking tickets during the rental period and all other liabilities. 11. Quick guide on how to charge, it's easy and there is a great network locally: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MywXTI5W4XA&sns=em Download "plugshare" to your phone to view local charging stations, or just use the navigation in the car and it will route you past Superchargers if traveling around AZ. There are currently 4 Tesla Superchargers available in the metropolitan Phoenix area. There is a Tesla Supercharger at Scottsdale Quarter in the SE Parking garage located at 15059 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254-2421 . There is a Tesla supercharger at the Scottsdale - Kierland Commons located at 15215 N. Kierland Blvd #165B1A, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. There is a Tesla Supercharger at the Deer Valley Town Center, 2805 Agua Fria Fwy, Phoenix 85027-3938. There is also a Tesla Supercharger in the West Valley, in Buckeye (1 mile south of the Watson Rd. exit off of the I-10) located at Sundance Towne Center, 416 S Watson Rd., Buckeye, AZ 85326. Tesla Superchargers provides 200 miles of range in as little as 1 hour and there is no charge to use them. The car comes with a 110v/240v charger. The 110v plug will only charge at 3 miles per charging hour. The 240v (NEMA 14/50 dryer plug) will charge at around 22 miles per charging hour. Is Supercharging free? Tesla's Superchargers are free to use on my car. Note that there is an idle fee of 40 cents per minutes that Tesla charges if you leave the car plugged in once the charging is complete. Please move the car when charging is complete to prevent being charged the idle fee by Tesla. You are responsible for any idle fee charges applied by Tesla for occupying a charging spot after the charging of the vehicle has been completed.

It was my first time renting a car on Turo and first time renting a Tesla. I went to Arizona for my b-day. Steve was awesome he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. My flight was 2 hours delayed and he was very understanding. I will definitely rent from Steve again.
