**PLEASE READ** 🚭 Cigarette/ Marijuana Smoke: If ANY smell of marijuana or cigarette smoke or ashes/paraphernalia is left behind in the car after a rental period, we add $150 to cover intense cleaning fees to the top of a rental and can ban the guest from the platform. If the car is returned egregiously dirty, Turo may charge a $150 cleaning fee. 🗓 Late Return Fees: Please return the car on time as late fees will incur after 25 minutes from reservation end time. Other guests are usually waiting on that car for the next booking. Should you need an extension, please "CHANGE TRIP" through the app. 🏎 No Excessive speeding/reckless driving is allowed per Turo policy. We get notified if you go over 100mph and will report to Turo for further action as well as placing a Speed limiter on the car. 🚔 Tickets/ Toll Evasions: If you receive traffic (speeding, parking, toll evasion etc.) ticket, you will be charged the total cost of charges of the ticket and they will be reassigned to you. 🐶 NO PETS - we love our fluffy friends, but they damage the interior of the vehicle and may cause problems for future guests with allergies. Please respect this policy. Up to $150 Fee will be charged should this rule be violated. 🚜. Off-roading is not permitted. Per Turo policy, any dirt roads are also considered "Off-Road" and is not permitted. 🛰️ GPS Disclosure: Car is equipped with a GPS Tracker. Car follows All Turo TOS (Terms of service)

• How do I pay for Supercharging?

  With Tesla's incredible display, you can map out a plentiful amount of Superchargers in your area. At the end of your trip, I will send an invoice for the total costs of charging since it will be billed to my card. Supercharging generally costs up to $30 for a full charge. ❗️Do not leave the car at the charger❗️- Tesla bills $1 for every MINUTE the car sits with a FULL charge. Be very careful as it can be costly.

• I'm taking a road trip, how can I charge it?

  Easy! Just enter your final destination into the navigation, and if charging is needed, the Tesla will automatically include charging stops and even add the expected charging time to your trip. Most charging stops at a supercharger average about 30 minutes or less. https://www.tesla.com/en_EU/findus

• Can I bring pets in the car? 🐰🐱🐶

  No, it's brand-new Tesla leather. Pets and pet dander are not allowed at this time. Many of our renters have expressed an allergy to pets as well so we want to make sure there is no chance that they have a reaction from renting a car.

• Are there any parking fees?

  All of our vehicles are parked at PREFLIGHT AIRPORT PARKING regardless if selecting “pickup” or “PHX delivery”. Selecting “PICKUP” will incur a maximum $25 parking charge at the end of your trip.

• What happens if I run the battery to Zero and the car dies?

  If you are caught in the unfortunate situation of ignoring the multiple screen warnings, not properly keeping tabs on range, run the battery to zero, and the car dies, guests will have to contact Turo roadside support. Towing is NOT free and will cost the guest. You will have to have the car towed to the nearest Tesla Supercharger. Please keep a close eye on range!
