Description

COVID-19 precautions: I clean the interior of my vehicles with antibacterial wipes and spurt a tad of ozium in after, for good measure (kills airborne contaminants). I also check vehicles in as close to 24 hours in advance as possible, so as to lengthen any exposure time I would have in the vehicle, although I remain healthy and isolated, working from home. I leave the key hidden for you, and communicate via phone, eliminating any direct contact, for your peace of mind. Experience driving perfection in this pristine Porsche Cayman S. There is a reason supercars like Ferraris and Lamborghinis have the engine right behind the driver. The confidence a mid-engine sports car inspires is matchless, while the science is undeniable. You experience an unmitigated connection to the chassis with every input. The low, optimal placement of the horizontally-opposed boxer engine causes this coupe to feel supernaturally glued to the road, particularly while cornering. The Cayman wills you to find a windy back road and drive as hard as you dare into every turn. The somewhat-flawed rear-engine 911 may have remained Porsche’s flagship supercar, but it's the unassuming mid-engine Cayman that exhibits true handling perfection. And were all your other senses numbed, there's still that flat-six boxer engine tone constantly serenading, seducing you to find excuses to freely rev the engine out to redline, simply to hear its beautiful roar. This Cayman is also upgraded with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), their premium Bose sound system and power memory heated seats. RECOMMENDED PLACES TO DRIVE: My sports cars beg to be taken out of town for some real fun. For winding local roads and beautiful views, you can't go wrong with a quick drive up to Dobbins Lookout on South Mountain in Phoenix (15mi), or taking the Apache Trail through the Superstitions past Canyon Lake to Tortilla Flats (50mi). For more remote excursions, highways 89/89A through Prescott, Jerome and Sedona offer signature Arizona experiences across a variety of gorgeous landscapes, climates and elevations. Mt. Lemmon in Tucson offers a 30 mile trip up 7,000ft of scenic mountains. And of course, there’s always the Grand Canyon! REQUIRED - POST-TRIP CLEANING: Please avoid automatic washes when possible, the car should be hand-washed only, vacuumed and wiped down to match the condition it left in. I have provided cleaning kits in each car to allow for hand washing, just make a note if you do it yourself so I know to rinse the cleaning cloths. You have the option to do this yourself or you can add the $30 “extra” to have me do it for you. Otherwise a cleaning reimbursement of up to $50 will be applied through Turo once your trip has ended. DELIVERY/LOCATION: Although I offer delivery, I do strongly prefer you to find transportation to my location, as Turo is a side-gig that makes very little money and takes up a lot of my time. I’m about a $20 Lyft due south from PHX and $30 Lyft due west from AZA airports, respectively. However, both of the airports are currently at odds with Turo, and pickup/dropoff logistics at/near the airports are subject to change, as I will not risk hefty fines. There will be additional delivery details once you book your trip provided in the Turo app, and I will arrange a phone call to clarify logistics.
