Parking details

To end the trip, we will follow the same process as we did to initiate the trip. Upon dropping off if I am not able to attend, please take trip ending photos of the front of the car, sides, back, rims, interior, gas, and mileage for YOUR documentation. These need to be added to the trip's shared photos. You can PARK car in front of my home or in my driveway as space allows!!! Please leave key in LOCK BOX or at my home’s front door in black DROP BOX with CAR DOORS UNLOCKED.

Guidelines

Briefing of terms of service: Please read to eliminate fines or fees! I love giving 5 star ratings plus great reviews and following the terms of service will ensure that... 1. Return car with same level of gas as the trip started with. 2. No smoking/drugs/drinking in vehicle *This equates up to to a $250.00 turo fine* 3. No aggressive driving with speeds above 90mph/aggressive acceleration/unnecessary hard braking 4. Return car clean as it was when trip was initiated. If drop off is at my home location there are free vacuums at 1726 N Country Club Dr. Mesa, AZ 85201. 5. Car wheels/rims must come back undamaged - be vigilant of curbs, pot holes, etc. *Damage to rims range between $150.00 to $600.00* 6. Review your mileage allowance. Turo bills additional miles at $1.00 per mile above your total allocation. This can become expensive... 7. Car must be returned on time. Many cars are rented back to back therefore punctual returns are a necessity! If you need to keep the vehicle longer, please extend before the end of the trip. Otherwise, you could face additional usage charges and late fees. I've noticed these items have been rare points of issue over my first 1500 trips. Please read the following as I've mentioned my preference is leaving clients with stellar reviews to help the ride sharing marketplace thrive from both the owner and renter's perspective.     Airport Lot Drop: I can leave vehicle at Preflight parking and client will use Preflight shuttle. Upon trip end client will leave car at Preflight where I will pick up. Rate = current delivery rate ******************************************************* *Uber/Lyft fare to my home approximately $35/25 min/23 miles from MESA GATEWAY* ******************************************************* I have 1 option if a person were to want delivery to MESA GATEWAY airport: METHOD A: Airport Lot Drop I will place car in the contiguous lot directly south of the terminal where each client can connect to car and access the keys via a lock box Rate = current delivery rate ___________________________________________________ Delivery logistics primarily depends on 2 factors: 1. Timelines - How much advanced notice was allowed/given. 2. Availability - I work full time as a pharmacist therefore this is my primary roadblock/challenge

Patrick was on the ball with communication and the process was very seamless. Only complaint would be a smoky smell in the car but otherwise it was a great experience! Would rent through him again for sure
