All in all it was a good experience. The Grey Kia Soul we drove is a great car, however it could have been cleaned when we picked it up, inside was not vacuumed and outside was not washed, rear plate held on with zip tie, rear bumper had holes and damage, and front windshield had rock ding. That info was not disclosed, shows that this car is part of a fleet and needs TLC. We paid for cleaning, but believe we should be reimbursed...! Ryan (Owner) made it very easy to pick up and return the vehicle so that was a huge plus.

This was my first time renting from a licensed business (rather than an individual) and the difference/quality was noticeable. I think the experience as a whole felt more professional and therefore trustworthy. From start to end, it was a smooth experience and instructions were clear to follow. Ryan's company runs a whole fleet of cars here in Phoenix, and I will continue to rent from him in the future since I have no plans to get a car myself yet and the prices were either on par with or cheaper than any of the car rental companies.

They’re awesome and really quick to respond. The car drives really well and gets awesome gas mileage! Pick up and return is easy too.
