Once again very happy with the rental,,Jay has been very helpful,,with every thing,,most definitely will rent with him in the future,,car was amazing no trouble with anything,,super fun car,,,easy on gas for the length of my trip,,thanks for the rental,,

Host lied & said there were ashes in the car and a accused me of marijuana smoke. He did this because I, admittedly didn’t fill up the tank with gas, and when i returned the car he smelled air fresheners. However, only after him giving me the car 40 minutes late the day prior with a strong smoke stench. I’m 18 weeks pregnant & very sensitive to smells, especially cigarettes. Since i was going on a road trip i put in air fresheners. He even commented on how clean the car was returned yet still charged me out of spite because i didn’t fill the tank. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also texts a lot throughout the trip.

Car was in fact reeking like marijuana and tried to use air fresheners to cover the smell. At the time before I opened the car it looked clean but then I saw ashes were scattered everywhere around the car from an obvious joyride from California to Arizona.
