Apartments are called Andante apartments off of 48th st and Chandler Blvd. The car will be parked reversed into parking spot by front office. Please message me once at vehicle and I will remotely unlock it. When returning follow same steps and I will remotely lock car door before your departure’s
Guidelines
This is a non smoking vehicle $250 violation No pets allowed Premium 91 gas only! (Please keep receipts) Up to $150 cleaning fee if there is evidence of a pet without approval Please treat car as if it were your own Please fill gas tank up before return or you can opt to pay the prepaid fuel option fee. Please return car with the interior in the same condition you received it in. If excessive dirt, trash, etc in the inside of car there will be a cleaning fee of $75. I will clean exterior no need to wash it yourself. Any damage such as dents, scratches, etc to rim will be a fee of $250 a rim. So please be careful around corners, sidewalks, etc
