You, "That all sounds great, but I have more questions!" Well you're in luck, we have answers!!
Q: I'm renting Giselle because I'm a real man, a man's man! Oh, and because I have kids and a wife that insists everyone needs a seat belt... Can you help me with kid things?
A: You bet! Giselle always keeps a few extra car seats around for just that reason. We can also provide strollers, pack and play, or a cooler for your adventure. Please let us know as soon as you book Giselle if any of these things will be needed for your trip.
Q: I'm flying into Phoenix, I'll be tired and maybe a bit cranky. Can I pick up the car at the airport?
A: Yes! Make sure you select Airport Delivery and from the moment you book, we'll be in regular communication to make sure all details are covered so you can relax and check one more thing off your planning list. When you exit the parking garage at the airport, you will have a charge of up to $14 you will be responsible for.
Q: I smoke, will that be a problem?
A: Yes! Giselle is extremely sensitive to smoke and has been known to become quite irritable in the presence of smoking. If there is even the slightest hint of cigarette smell, we will charge a $300 fee.
Q: How does Giselle feel about my dog/cat/frog/giraffe?
A: Giselle LOVES animals, but doesn't like disrespectful owners that don't clean up after their pets. If you plan on having a pet, please notify me and as long as there is no trace of your pet at the end of your rental, we'll be happy campers. If Giselle comes home smelling like your chimpanzee and shedding hair in the car, we will charge a $300 cleaning fee (pet hair is insanely hard to get out of the carpet, take that into consideration!)
Q: Are you flexible on pick-up / drop-off times?
A: Absolutely, as long as I am informed ahead of time. Sometimes I have back to back rentals, so please keep me in the loop if you need to extend the rental or can’t return the car on time.
Q: I have a question that you weren't smart enough to pre-answer, is there any hope for me?
A: No... unless you message me, in which case I will DEFINITELY get your question answered. Please don't ask me for marriage advice or how to parent a teenager. Any other topic is fair game though.
*Please bring the car back clean and filled up with gas (additional fees may incur if the gas tank is not full, or if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning)
