Overall had a great experience. The car is a bit older and shows some wear, but it ran fine for the most part. Alex was communicative throughout the trip, though there were definitely moments I wished for quicker responses.
Unfortunately, the car got a flat during my trip—to be clear not Alex’s fault, just bad luck. Would rent again with that context in mind.
Just to be clear my friend , you hit something on the road and it damaged my bumper and left me with a flat tire upon pickup and had to have vehicle towed to my office the day after , the tow and repair cost me way more than the trip was worth so I don’t think I’d be renting to you again either way thanks 👍

Perfect experience from beginning to end with Alex and his beautiful BMW! Communication was immediate and beyond helpful. Told us exactly where the car was. Car road like a dream and it was amazing zooming down the highway to and from Sedona. Drop off was easy as pie. It was hot everyday we were there (100-108 daily) but no issues with the air, kept us cool with every ride. Will definitely book again!
