We utilize the daily parking lot witch is a few steps away from the departures area. Guests picking up at Mesa Gateway airport will be responsible for paying for 24 hours of parking upon exiting the lot. 🏠 - Our home location is Sky Harbor Preflight airport parking at 44 North 44th St. Phoenix, AZ ⛽ GAS : THIS VEHICLE TAKES PREMIUM GAS. You'll always have a full tank of gas to begin your trip. You have the option to bring it back full or let us fill it up for you. Turo charges a $10 convenience fee for filling up but the gas price is not inflated. You will just pay the price listed at the pump. 🛜 This car is equipped with a device that will allow the doors to be unlocked by the renter via smartphone. You will need to have internet access to unlock the car. 🗺️ The car is located at Preflight Airport Parking at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). The address is 44 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034 (http://bit.ly/phx-preflight) 🚌 From the airport baggage claim, find the signs for courtesy vehicles. Terminal 3 door 9, Terminal 4 door 7. Cross the cross walk and look for the RED bus with a giant checkmark that says PREFLIGHT PARKING.com. The bus runs every 5 - 7 minutes from 6AM - 11:00PM. If you arrive between 11:01 PM and 5:59 AM you will need to call or text (480) 925-9630 to arrange for a pickup. 🅿️ When you arrive a preflight exit at the EAST stop and take the elevator to the rooftop. Exit the elevator to the right and the car will be parked in one of the last two rows. 🔑 The key will be located near the shift lever. If the key is in a faraday bag. You will have to remove the key start the car. 🛑 To exit the garage, use the key card hanging from the rearview mirror. If the card is white, you will press and hold against the black box with a round Turo sticker at each gate. If the card is red you will scan it at the barcode reader at the gate. There will be three gates where you will have to scan. 🔁 You will return the car to EAST section of the Rooftop and use the key card to enter the garage.

🧽 CLEANING - Do I have to clean the vehicle after my rental?
During normal use of the vehicle it will get dirty. We don't charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle only requires a run through the automatic car wash and a light vacuuming.
