When “Prepaid Refuel” option is not added to the Trip, vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel that it had during check in. Failure to return a full tank will incur the full reimbursement cost of fuel, plus a $10 inconvenience fee 3. A Smoking Fee of $250 may be added for smoke/vapor odor removal and related cleaning. 4. Vehicle monitors all driving behaviors including, but not limited to, acceleration, braking, speed, hard steering, speed limit thresholds, collision, vibration, idling, location, and trip start/end times. 5. Excessive speeding is defined as “20 mph or greater” above posted speed limits. ⚠️Excessive speeding after (1) warning will trigger remote disabling, charge the additional cost of towing to your Trip and could result in suspension of your Turo account. 6. Tampering with vehicle monitoring devices/transponders incurs a $150 Reprogram Fee and additional reimbursement fees if a device is returned damaged. 7. Trip extension requests must be completed and approved before the final hour of the Trip to avoid an additional Booking Fee by TURO. 8. The Primary Driver (PD) must be physically present before and after each trip. The PD must provide a physical drivers license before the trip begins and notify if there are any other drivers at any time. ⚠️ Failure to add license photos to Trip or add additional driver(s) will result in your TURO account becoming flagged and/or suspended. 9. A “Pet Fee” of $150 may be added when the vehicle is returned with animal hair or related staining, odors or soiled interior. 10. Guest are also responsible for parking fees during the trip including airport parking fees during pickup. 11. This vehicle is equipped with an EZPass. As easy as it gets. Great directions, the easiest pick up and drop off at PHL parking with clear instructions. Zero issues driving the Corolla on highway and country roads; has a standard USB (not C) for charging, good headlights and windshield wipers. If you Turo all of the time, you’ll see this is one of the best, and if you have never used Turo before, use Scorpio for your first trip for a great intro.
