Trip extension requests must be completed and approved before the final hour of the Trip to avoid an additional Booking Fee by TURO. 8. The Primary Driver (PD) must be physically present before and after each trip. The PD must provide a physical drivers license before the trip begins and notify if there are any other drivers at any time. ⚠️ Failure to add license photos to Trip or add additional driver(s) will result in your TURO account becoming flagged and/or suspended. 9. A “Pet Fee” of $150 may be added when the vehicle is returned with animal hair or related staining, odors or soiled interior. 10.
