- Must present valid driver license with you at pickup. - Return gas at level it was picked up. - Please be on time ESP for vehicle return. - Please note there is over mileage fee of up to over $1 mile - If you are ticketed for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. - Please clear out all personal belongings and discard trash upon return. - Please no eating, drinking or smoking in the vehicle. *RENTER IS REQUIRED TO RETURN VEHICLE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS DELIVERED - EXTERIOR MUST BE CLEAN AND INTERIOR CLEAR OF ANY TRASH OR BELONGINGS. Great Customer Service! Someone Was Able To Help Me Soon As I Arrived And Micheal’s Response Time Was Much Quicker Than I Expected. The Car Was Clean, We Didn’t Have Any Problems And When I Left An Item In The Car I Was Able To Go Back And Receive It Without A Problem! Good First Experience!

I rented the car for me WEDDING and enjoyed every second of it. The owner was very helpful through out the entire trip. I’ll be back.

The car was good other than the faulty battery but Michael was very rude. I called to let him know about a road closure preventing me from getting to the drop off location. He told me, “read the messages. It’s not that hard to do.” We had never spoken before so I was very confused by his tone. He then told me I should have known to look for an alternate way, but I’m not familiar with the area. This was my first experience with Turo and Michael made it very difficult for me. I will not consider renting from Michael again.

We are so sorry you hard time returning due to blocked local street. As discussed in your pre trip walk through the city may sometimes block one side for outdoor dining but there are 2 entrances and the next entrance is always available. We look forward to having you again!
