  You can utilize the Tesla Supercharger network. The in-car navigation can guide you to the nearest charging point.

  Supercharging fees are not included in the rental price. Ensure the car is returned with a similar charge level as when you received it to avoid additional fees.

• Can I use Autopilot?

  Yes, the car is equipped with Autopilot. However, always remain attentive and familiarize yourself with its functionalities before use.

• How do I reset the car/screen?

  Reset the touchscreen by holding both scroll buttons on the steering wheel for approximately 10 seconds.

  Most adjustments, including climate, media, navigation, and car settings, can be made via the central touchscreen.

  When you arrive at a supercharger, be sure to park in an “every-other-car” sequence. Parking with a gap between charging cars will increase efficiency, save time, and save you money. Please note, charging speeds vary based on several conditions including your usage while idle, weather conditions, and even the time of day you charge.

• How do I find a Tesla Supercharger?

  To search for a nearby supercharger, click the lightning bolt button on the right hand side of the Home Screen, followed by “Navigate.” In addition, the car will automatically navigate you to a supercharger on your route in the case that it must be charged to reach your destination.

• How will I pay for charging during my trip?

  During your trip, simply plug the car into any Tesla Supercharger. After you charge and unplug the car, the card on file with the vehicle will be charged automatically. At the end of your trip, we will send you a reimbursement request through the Turo app with each official Tesla invoice for any EV charging that occurred during your rental.
