That was a late night trip! I accidentally approved it. I still feel bad to cancel the trip. It’s my mistake for the initial approval and regret to cancel.

The car pick up / drop off system was great. But the car was definitely not properly cleaned the previous trip. It smelled like cigarettes and an ash tray. It was extremely disappointing and no communication from the owner or feedback to try and resolve it. The smell made us sick and we had to wash our clothes from being in the vehicle.
